Slad
Slad (20 min walk) Link in with the Laurie Lee/Cider with Rosie Walks and end up for lunch /dinner at the Woolpack in Slad.
Cheltenham
If you have forgotten anything this is the place to go for shops.

Wild Garlic in Nailsworth (20 min drive)
Tetbury
The second largest town in the Cotswolds, it is the home of HRH Prince Charles and his Highgrove shop. If you are into antiques, this is the best place to visit.
Lorfords has bunkers full of antiques located just outside the town as well as a main shop on the High Street.
Painswick

Cirencester
Often referred to as the capital of the Cotswolds – a good place to start exploring neighbouring villages such as Bibury and Barnsley – taking in lunch at Barnsley House or the Village Pub.
The South Cerney lakes are a 10 min drive from Cirencester and offer every water sport you can imagine. You need to book in advance and can eat in the cafe or book a bbq spot.

Gloucester
The cathedral city of Gloucester nestled between the Cotswolds and the Forest of Dean, is Britain’s most inland port, rich with history dating back to Roman times. Gloucester’s many museums and attractions tell the stories of those that have made a great impact on England and the world; and showcase the city’s proud military and industrial heritage.
The magnificent gothic cathedral is the site of Henry III’s coronation and the final resting place of King Edward II. Gloucester Docks is a popular leisure destination for shopping, food and drink; set against the backdrop of the beautifully restored Victorian warehouses and the vast Gloucester Sharpness Canal.

Open Gardens and cafe. Walks throughout the estate.
Burford
Burford’s famous High Street sweeps down to the River Windrush, its medieval bridge and its impressive church , both sides of the street flanked by an unbroken line of ancient houses and shops. Don’t miss Burford Garden Centre – you could spend all day there and an excellent play park for kids.
Cotswold wildlife park is next door, children love the railway that travels through the estate.
Stow on the Wold
Antique shops and the Old Butchers for lunch.
Daylesford Organic/Wild Rabbit for shopping and dining.
